Mr. Bales is the Founder and President/CEO/CTO/EP of the Stars of Hollywood Network, Inc., a migrating to California-based corporation, specializing in international entertainment on a proprietary owned secure Content Delivery Network (CDN) Intranet. This corporation will provide extremely large scale digital production and distribution with SOHN signed members in music, film & media production, artists, talent, live entertainment and special live events. Most recently, William joined up with Olympia Gellini’s team to help develop the Olympia Award platform.

Mr. Bales is the Founder and CEO/CTO of VPOS Technologies Corporation; a migrating to California-based corporation, specializing in the Research and Development of proprietary technologies and processes of William E Bales. These technologies are on the forefront of being presented to major corporations as an opportunity to subscribe to the security and anti-piracy services that are made available on his (CDN) for large scale international use. William has developed an entirely new “Quantum Binary” process, proprietary programming language, designed and engineered a proprietary motherboard that will soon be manufactured through VPOS Technologies Corporation OEM.

Mr. Bales is a Founder of 4D Infiniti; a migrating to California-based corporation that maintains and provides the main advertising/marketing services across the entire Stars of Hollywood Network International Distribution Infrastructure and all its television/radio and 4K broadcast network vendors. 4D Infiniti is the marketing & promoting technology that infuses content into the Stars of Hollywood Network SuperGate.

Olympia A Gellini

Dr. Antonio Gellini is the founder and president of the World Film Institute, the Olympia Awards and the Family Film Awards. He has received awards worldwide for his directorial work and is one of the leading personalities in this field. He is the son of a diplomat and has lived in 23 different countries. In Los Angeles, his dream of truly globalizing the art of filmmaking came true. He founded the World Film Institute and made it a recognized source for filmmakers, film students and movie fans around the world.

Dr. Gellini is considered an entertainment icon. He has surpassed himself by uniting people with the “Seven Arts of the World” (Recently become 15 Arts of the world in 20203) and thus building a bridge to various cultures. The Seven Arts are among them: Theatre, music, dance, film, painting, sculpture and literature. (Now being edited October 13,2024)

He stands for healthy family entertainment and has succeeded in producing three family-oriented films per year, which has become a fixed standard in the film industry. His very personal, great contribution to American culture and society.

William E Bales is a self -made technologist, business structuring designer and IT Business developer. Since 1979 he’s been using his talents in the technology fields to create and design solutions for business entrepreneurs, startups and the needs of America.

He has designed and created technical processes of Quantum technologies and 3 programming languages that’s coming to the Olympia Awards platform.

Since September 9th, 1999 he solved 5 of the most problematic issues the world of business faces today. And he wants to change the world for the better using his technologies to bring unity into the world. So Olympia Gellini and William Bales joined forces to bring you the Olympia 15 Arts of the World Award platform.

The Stars of Hollywood Network is the new Quantum ICDN “SUPERGATE” gateway that will become the permanent home of the Olympia Awards.With it, we will be inviting ALL of the Hollywood industry to come join the Quantum platform.

Mr Bales has been a Hollywood Industry fan since Mickey Mouse made him laugh as a child. He saw a vision of what the Hollywood Industry could become. So his dream is not to restrict any union or non union entity to his Stars of Hollywood Network Platform ICDN. And there are plenty Hollywood agency surprises coming down the pipeline of technologies being designed and created specifically for Executive Producers, Producers, Directors, Actors, Agents, Managers, Artists, Composers, Extras, P&A and even accredited Investors.

William is building his dream and Olympia Awards is a part of it. For over 30 years he’s dreamed of this moment. In 2025 he wants to touch the entire world with his dream of unity.
